Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri
Hello. I received a notice of levy in Missouri in March 2010. I recently have returned to work and noticed the company I now work for uses the same bank that the levy was issued to,and was the bank the last company I worked for issued checks from also. I had previously had a garnishment setup from a job I worked in 2008 but had to move due to family reasons. My questions are is the hours worked at the new job going to disapear to the levy or can I set up some kind of garnishment? Thanks.

Teh execution you recieved probably had an expiration date. That date was probably long ago. Therefore, the bank does not have to release your funds now. But, a new execution may garner those funds for the creditor.
