Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri
I received a summons to show up in court. I showed up but the case was not called. upon inquiry i found that the plaintiff had rescheduled the hearing with no notification given to me. The reason is because they say I had not been served although the court documents show I was served. Is this legal and do I have any options or are they able to reschedule at will?
