Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri
I recently gave a few creditors/collectors access to my personal checking account for electronic withdraws. I am unable to continue meeting those obligations as i had hoped. What must I do legally to ensure that they stop accessing my account?

There are two issues; legal and practical prevention. Legally, you need only give them written notice that you rescind the permission for them to access your account(s). They should stop, but may still try to get money out. To practically stop them, you may have to change your account number(s) or put a block on those creditors with your bank.
