Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri

Repossession of car

Can I sue my ex-wife because, according to my divorce degree, I was suppose to ''execute whatever documents are necessary to assign all interests to wife'' in order for her to purchase a vehicle so I had to cosign the loan. Now she willfully stopped paying the payments and got the car repossessed. The next day her new finance bought her a brand new vehicle and I can not afford the amount owed. The divorce degree also states ''The wife shall and will hold the Husband free and hamless from and indemnfy him for any liability with respect thereto.'' What should I do? and how do I proceed, I'm representing myself.

Yes, you can enforce the decree language against your spouse in a legal action and sue for damages.
