Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri
What rights do i have if a creditor levies my bank account and takes my disability income before i was even notified? I did file an exemption once i recieved the notice, which was after they took my disability founds. I was granted the exemption and the creditor still hasnt returned my funds!

It sounds like you might need to You will need to quickly file another exemption, inorder to stop the new loss.
