If im not served a summons can a judgement be put against me? its for a credit card!

If you were not served, then the court may not have jurisdiction to issue a judgment agaisnt you. Beware. Far too many people beleive that just because they were nto handed apiece of paper entitled "Summons" that they were not served. look at how the Plaintiff says you were served, before determining that you were not served. You could be mistaken.
If there was not service upon you and the judge grants a judgment, you should be able to get it set aside. if you have not already hired an attorney, you will want to use one to get a judgment set aside.
