Is it legal to sign over my house to someone in my family to keep debtors from putting a lien against it?

It may or may not be a crime. However, judgment crelikely that most creditors will ditors may be able to reverse the transfer, if it solely to avoid colection. It is unlikely that a judgement creditor would go to that lenght, but it is possible.
