You may request to garnish wages, or bank accounts, or other sources of the debtor's assets. If you do not know where the debtor's assets are, you might consider hiring an attorney to collect the debt for you.

Good Luckl

If you know where the person works, or where they bank, you can file garnishment paperwork.

You can garnish their bank account for the money they owe, or you can garnish their wages. The forms for these purposes are usually in the clerks office. The clerk can't tell you how to fill them out, but they are fairly self explanatory.

Good luck.
