Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri
I have a small judgment against two defendants in Kansas city, mo. Only one still lives in Jackson County. I live in Arizona and am disabled.
How can I collect on this judgment in two counties like this?

Obviously, you collect against the one that still lives in Jackson COunty, like other judgmetn creitors do. You can also register the Jackson County Judgment in the county where the non-resident lives. Then it may become a judgment agsint them there. I represent out of town creditors, in similar situations, if you are interested.
Good luck
