What is the statute of limitations in Missouri for a law firm coming after me for co-signing on an automobile loan?

Generally a creditor or collector has ten years to collect a debt, that is evidenced by a singed writing. But, there are many factors that change that determination. Consult with an attorney in your area, if you think the ten year period may have expired.
