Unless you do not dispute the debt amount alleged, and the creditor is giving you favorable settlement terms, it is of little value to you to consent to judgment. Without facts it is impossible to determine your legal options. You shoudl consult direclty with an attorney in your area. Many offer a free or low cost initial consultation. Take your paperwrok to them, and see wah they advise. Perhaps they could send a letter that would resolve any disputes for you. Do not hesitate, as you have little time to respond to Petitions and Motions.

Good luck
