Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri

I have a tenant in Oklahoma who hasn't paid rent for several months, and is still refusing to vacate. I have started eviction proceedings, but my question relates to the damages she has done to the house. She is currently going through a divorce in Missouri, and I have been able to confirm that she will receive a large settlement at the conclusion of that proceeding, which is scheduled later this month. My question: can I obtain a judgment against her for the damages and have a lien placed on the divorce settlement proceeds as a means of collecting? Thanks!

An Oklahoma judgment can act as a lien on real property in Missouri if the foreign judgment is properly registered in the county where the real estate is located.

You can serve a garnishment on the soon to be exhusband and keep it in effect indefinitely until the judgment is satisfied. This would act as a sort of lien.
