Trouble with a banking institution

I have unwisely used payday cash advanced offerd through my bank. This has been a vicious cycle. Can I open another account at a different bank and make my current bank wait for payment?

You need to see an attorney right away. Payday loans are a vicious cycle, and if you open another account and write checks back and forth to your accounts you violate the banking laws regarding "check kiting." Under no circumstances should you do this because it is a federal crime and you can go to prison for it.

You should see a bankruptcy attorney as soon as possible to learn what your options are.
