Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri

wage garnishment

If there is a judgement made against me and my wages are deemed to be garnished and I am unemployed, can my husband's wages be garnished even though the debt was incurred before I got married?

The creditor can not garnish your husband's wages unless the creditor has a judgment against your husband. It does not sound like this was your husband's debt, so it would not seem probable that the creditor has a judgment against yor husband.
