Can my wages be �garnished in the state of Missouri for a medical bill if I am the only one in the household working and receiving food stamps?

Being poor is not a excue form garnishment. If you can claim hed of household, then the amoutn that can be garnished goes from 24% of your net pay to 10%. If you do not make the statutory minimum, then they may not get anything.
