Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri

I had an ex who wrote checks on a closed account. I kept getting letters from the Prosecuting Atty and I paid all of them off. But now I was sent a letter that stated I have to attend a Check writing class put on by the county or a warrent will be issued for my arrest. its on a Sat and iwork and my employer will ntot let me off that day. Now what do I do. Do I contact the Pros Bad Check Unit to see if I can work something out?

If you did not write the checks, then no warrant should be issued for you. You may want to hire counsel to correct the prosecutor's office. If not, then you should contact the prosecutor to see if they will voluntarily ask for the order to be rescinded or the the warrant recalled.
