Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
In 2012 i was was charged with a misdemeanor of stealing when i was 18. i was given a sis with 2 years probation and 40 hrs of community service. completed my hours and got off probation january 2015. i as well on another occasion was charged with assault on a law enforcement but it was amended to disorderly conduct. paid my fine and was done with that. I have recently been offered a job at a insurance agency and i will need to get my property and casualty license and my life and health. will these charges stop me from getting a license in missouri

It is possible that these arrests could be used to debug the license. If you deny their existence, and the investigation finds then, your dishonesty could be grounds to deny your license.
