Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

my 13 year old is charged with a sex crime the juvenile officer has not given us very much information out right lied to us pushed us around and tried to railroad us into signing away custody. when we refused she told her co workers and dys workers we are in denile and is now trying to prove us unfit . our child has been out of the home for a month now 2 weeks of that in detention this juvenile officer tells us one thing and then denys it in court. there was another child involved in this crime who has not been questioned or taken the excuse is they cant find him the truth is he is a family member of the victim. we are low income so our child has a public defender who does not argue but sits there and lets the juvenile office run over our child. what can we do? do we even have any options?
