Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
My 15 year old daughter was a passenger in a vehicle traveling on a Missouri hwy when someone threw eggs at the car, hitting the windshield. Do I have any legal recourse? Can I press charges for reckless endangerment if I know who the egg throwers are?

There are few things that cannot be the subject of a law suit. The Many are not worth bringing. The issue with the facts you described, if a lack of damages. Unless your daughter has incurred significant psychiarict bills because if the egg throwing, you might win a $1 in damages from a judge. A jury trial would cost more than you would be likely to get too. But, you should consult directly with a civil practice attorney, in your area, to see if there are other facts that would make your suit worthwhile.
Good luck
