Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
A 27 year old male is about to marry a 15 year old female. Consent was given by both parents for the marriage. Will the male be in danger of statutory rape even though they are married? Who can file charges? Would a court even waste their time with such a situation considering all parties are consenting here?

If the two are legally married, than statutory rape charges are very unlikely, and a conviction nearly impossible.
