Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
My 22 year old son who has never been in trouble before is on 20 hour hold after being caught stealing Christmas deliveries off people's porches. I believe they found boxes at his house with the names of the people he stole from. They came to his house with warrants. They found some of the gifts in the house.
