Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
Can a 24 year old threaten to beat and kill an 18 year old? Is there a recourse for said verbal threats?

If the 24 year old m,ake a threat and take sany action toward making good onit, they can be arrested for assualt and the 18 year old can request a restraining order.
