Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

I am 37 years old, and want to go back to school. I live in Missouri and want to get a nursing degree. When I was 19 I got into some trouble (running around with the wrong crowd). I pled guilty to stealing charges and received a suspended imposition of sentencing upon completion of 5 years' supervised probation. Then about 5 years ago, I was arrested for DWI but it was thrown out of court because the testifying officer did not show up. My question is: Do I have to reveal on my nursing application that I have ever been arrested/convicted of a crime, or can I answer no to that question. I am fairly certain these are closed records, but I don't want to get into trouble for answering incorrectly. Thank you.

If the question is "Have you ever been arrested?", then you will need to reveal the truth or risk not getting whatever you are applying for due to being dishonest. If the question is "Have you ever been convictied?", then the truthful answer is "NO".
