Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

a 15 yr old is in a relationship with a 25 yr old Mexican national. The parents know and allow them to be alone on a regular basis. the 15 yr old is now pregnant and the parents have not reported it and still allow the 25 yr old in their home and around their other children. The parents are also legal guardians of one child and a placement provider for another that is not their own. are they an accessory in the molestation and do they have an obligation to report it.

They may be liable for crimes. But, you seem to know about the molestation by the 25 year old, and have not reported it. This may mean that you too, are vulnerable to criminal prosecution, depending upon your status.
