Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
Age of Consent in MO
Hello, I was just wondering, because I'm turning 18 soon, is it legal for me to have sex with my girlfriend who will be 15.
So, I'm 18 she's 15, we live in Missouri. I read up a little and it appears that it's legal but I'm not 100% positive so can SOMEONE please help me out?

No, it would not be legal. She is not considered old enough to give consent until she is 18. If you do have sex wiht her before then you could be charged with statutory rape.
