Can they arrest you for refusing to make a statement
Can they arrest you for refusing to make a statement when two other parties suposedly made statements against you refering to stolen firearms

No. There is no crime entitled "refusing to make a statement". They can certainly arrest you for other actions in violation of the criminal law. It seems as if you need to hire an attorney to represetn and advise you. Good luck.
