What does it mean when you are arrested for the charge being count 1 non support?

It often means that someone has failed to pay child or spousal support.

It sounds to me as if someone is being charged with a felony, at least, and maybe more than one crime if there are "counts" in addition to "count 1". The "counts" are numbered paragraphs on the information or other charging paper filed by the prosecuting attorney. I would adivse the hiring of an attorney.
