Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
I was arrested in Dec 98, for a misdemeanor posession charge. Im wondering if it would still be on my record, as far as a background check? It was a marijuana charge and I got a fine and 1 year of bench probation, think it was a S.E.S.
Thank you for any responce

Well yes, the arrest will be on your arrest record, and, if you took a suspended Execution of Sentence, then you will have the conviction on your criminal record as well.
