Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
Arrested 8 months ago for picking up bogus RX, was released after 2 hours. Now after hearing nothing for 8 months investigator is calling me wanting me to come to station or he is threatening arrest. Should I go in and talk with him? He says it will be a fine but if I don't come in he file state charges against me. I don't want to involve an attorney if I don't have to, I can't afford it.

Without knowing the facts if your case, it is impossible to predict the likelihood that you'll be charged it arrested. If you don't want an attorney, then you may do better not talking to anyone about this, especially an investigator.
Good luck
