Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
attempted manslaughter ?
My brother recently got charged with attempted manslaughter on an officer. He was running from them in a car and never hit them or physicaly faught them. How could he have gotten these charges? What kind of time in jail is her looking at?

based solely on the info provided this is not attempted manslaughter. probably the officer report will contain a different version of the occurrence.to analyze the situation further one needs to read it.
