Bond Liability
Does bond liability cease the first time the person bonded out of jail appears in court even if it is continued or when the person goes to court and is tried for the crimes which they are accused of?

Generally speaking, once a bond is posted it must remain in effect until the pending case is concluded. This happens after a plea is entered and the defendant is sentenced, after a conviction and sentencing following trial, after an acquittal or after a case is dismissed. It may also be possible to file a Motion at any time seeking to modify the terms of the bond, I hope that this has been helpful for you and I wish you the best of luck.
