Bond Reduction

I was wandering how much you can get a bond reduced to if it is at $25,000? The case is child molestation. Has not been sentenced just charged.

The answer to your question depends upon many factors. Some judges are more lenient about bond reductions than other judges. Some prosecutors have more leeway and are better able to negotiate a bond reduction than others. Some defendants pose a greater risk of flight, or of harm to others, if released from custody than others. I would advise you to consult with an experienced criminal defense attorney in the jurisdiction where the defendant is being held if you have not already done so. Good luck.
