Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
bondsman sold home
While being bonded out on a criminal charge, a quit claim deed was signed by my friend. He appeared in court and eventually the charges were dropped. 1 year after the charges were dropped the bondsman sold his home and everything in because he still owed them 1000.00 of their fee. The bondsman did not contact my friend although he was working in the same place the whole time. Can the bondsman keep all the proceeds from sale? How can he sell personal property in home and autos on property?
