Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
I bought a truck from a used car dealer and was told that the truck had been looked over and was in great shape. I have put over $2,500 in the truck in less than 2,000 mil. is there anything i can do about this?

You may have claim against he mechainc that you paid to independently check out the used vehicle before you bought it. If you didn't do that, you may be limted to the warranty that the selelr hgave you (if any) or claims for any defects the dealer actually knew about and hid from you. Most used car dealer hav eht buyer sign an aknowledgemetn that the car is being sold As is or with a limited warranty, and that they do not stand by any verbal statements made by their sales people. .
