Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
My boyfriend just got pulled over and went to jail for driving on a suspended liscense. He was arrested last month for his third DWI and second driving while suspended charge which both are still pending. Howwhat is gping to be the most likely outcome for this situation? Will he stay in.jail till his court date then go from there or is there a chance he can post bail.. very worried and concern girlfriend, please help.

Based upon the few facts you were able to provide, it is likely that he can bond out. However, he may have to stay in until his bond amount is set at his preliminary hearing or arraignment.
