Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
break in
How does the law work when supposably they have strong advence that a 14 year old has commited a break in? But yet they haven't arrested him they want him to come in for questioning. Do I take him in for questioning or do I make them arrest him first.

Re: break in
It is dificult to decipher your question. If not, do not attempt to capture the alleged criminal and take them to the police. You could get into trouble. If you are the parent or guardian, you may have gotten a telephone invitation from the police to schedule an interview for your child with the investigator. Before doing so, you should go over all the facts that you and the minor know with an attorney.
Good Luck,
