Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
my brother kicked his two boys out of the house on sunday and told them to get there stuff and leaveI live on the family farm where the boys live with there dad the boys 15 and 18 gathered there things and brought it to my house items encluded several guns that they have gotten for gifts on sunday after 7 pm the family left the farm the dad was on the farm but my house was locked at 10pm when I got home someone had broken into my house and took only the guns the dad says he has the guns but that he did not break in the door was unlocked the door substained alot of damage and now will not lock and another door has been tamperd with what do I do
