Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
could my brother his name is tyrese hyles how could he be charge under a federal statute of 18usc 1958 murder for hire,and recieve a life sentence because death resulted from a {state witness} getting killed.without being indicted for the {state 1st degree murder offense} or any murder offense. I Havent been indicted for no federal murder nor state murder
