If you receive a suspended imposition of sentence (SIS) in Missouri, and complete your probation without violations, then you technically have not been convicted. So if you apply for a job, you can truthfully say you have not been convicted of this crime. However, you still have to answer 'yes' if you are asked about arrests. If you pled guilty or were found guilty, you would have to answer 'yes' if asked about pleas or findings of guilty. But you are not a convict.
