carrying guns while on probation
If i am on probation, and i borrow somebodys car with a gun in it, will i get charged for the gun?

I believe that you may be legally held responsible for any contraband of any nature in a car which you have borrowed if you are pulled over properly and the search is otherwise proper. You have a duty to be aware of whatever is in the car. In addition you have a duty to be aware that the car is properly equipped, licensed, insured and so forth. This is especially crucial for you if you are on probation of course, but it is true whether you are on probation or not.
