i got caught with a joint

i got caught with a joint while

flaoting on a river in missouri what

do you think will happen? i have

several marks on my record including

a felony in kansas should i get a

lawyer or is this something where i

just pay a fine or what?

There is absolutely no doubt that you should hire an attorney. Despite the fact that you already have a record, you do not want to add a conviction on this charge to your criminal record. An attorney should be able to help you avoid this.
