Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

I've been chared with 3rd degree assault. This is the second time in a year and a half. I was put on 2 year unsuppervised probation the first time. This time the person I hit was in front of my house and would not leave, threatened to hit me. I got a letter saying tat my probation is suspended. How could I change that. This would have never happened if he wuldn't have stopped in front of my house. I haven't talked to these people in a long time.

Your situation is serious. You could go to jail, if this is not handled right. You should consult direclty with an attorney in your area as soon as you can.
