Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
the charge deviant sexual assault. two years and still has not went to trial no evidence two defendants both dispute charge. Has the speedy trial rights been violated?

If the defendants have not requested a continuance, then there may be grounds to ask that the Court to dismiss the charges, due to the delay.

Have either of the defndants requested a speedy trial? Each defendant should bring this up with the defense counsel on the case.
