Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
I have a charge in Missouri which is about 3 years old for Possession Of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams Or Less Of Marijuana { Felony C RSMo: 195.202 } and is currently in warrant status. I have been living in Casper, Wyoming for years now and am attending college to earn an AAS degree in nursing. I just found out that there will be a background check when I go before the wyoming state board of nursing to obtain a license. How should I handle this? I'm now worried that I wont be able to get a license.

The warrant for a drug charge will likely prevent you from getting a nursing license. You need to contact legal counsel in or near the Missouri county where the warrant court.
