Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
If someone is charged with first degree assault and armed criminal action and then received suspended imposition of sentence, would they be able to possess a firearm after they complete their probation?

Someone that has received probation as a condition of an SIS plea, is still convicted of that crime. The restrictions on gun ownership are the same.
