Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
I was charged with imprudent and careless operation of a vehicle resulting in an accident. I took a deal, but did not waive right to counsel. I failed to fulfill deal due to unemployment, (public service) Warrant was issued. I went to court yesterday, paid another fine, DA requested that infraction be placed on my driving record, so now charge is on my license and keeping me from employment. (truck driver) Is there a way to clear this since I was not asked to waive?

In most cases I am aware of, C&I does not subject one to more than a year in jail, so there may not be a need to waive counsel. But, if you hire counsel now, they might be able to get your previous plea deal in place.
Good luck
