Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
I was charged with a 2nd degree robbery charge back in Februar y 2005. I was sentenced to 8 years and ended up serving 4 years before I was released. I was on parole 3 1/2 additional years and got taken off parole towards the end of 2012 without further incident. Am I able to get my record sealed so that I can obtain better employment or to seek a new type career path. If I can how would I go about it.

In a few years you may seek to have your record expunged. I am not sure what you mean by "sealed" But, in the digital age, it may be fantasy to think that a future employer will not be able to discover that you were convicted.
Good luck
