Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
I was charged with possession of narcotics and i go to my pre sentencing investigation and find out that i was charge with 1st degree murder i was told that something was coded wrong when the officer filled the arrest report how do i go about getting the 1st degree murder off my background

You may need to request an expungement from the Court. The prosecutor's office should have taken this off. Therefore, they will likely assist you in geting this off your record. If not, then you should consult direclty with an attorney in your area, who can give you advice specific to the facts of your case.
