child molestation and resisting arrest

new a girl for 3 days. she said she was pregnant a few weeks after the cops had picked her up from my appartment. she told the cop that the doctors said she was pregnant and thin found out that she wasent because she lied to the cops. so her parents droped the charges after they found out she was lieing to the cops. now the state to the charges over and droped the charges from rape in the first degree to child molestation. thin the cops pulled me over a few months after they had the warrant for my arrest and i ran and got away. i know i need to turn my self in but i need legal advise first.
