Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
i was given a citation for assault and all i was doing was breaking up a fight between 4 people 3 girls and 1 guy who r all military and im a civilian?I recieved a phone call at 11:45 at nite telling me that i had to go down and fill out a witness statment or i would be arrest?i then went down there and filled one out then when i was finished i was interigarte and was given a citiation and the fight was wasnt w me it was with the 4 military im confused and dont know how too plea
